10月10日 (土) から18日 (日) にかけて、「YAMAGATA DANTSU STANDARD」および 1st COLLECTION「STANDARD COLORS」の発表展示を開催いたします。

会場は、神奈川県鎌倉市の「ink gallery」です。本建築作品は1974年に建築家・吉村順三氏によって設計され、併設された茶室は中村外二工務店が施工しています。

弊社においても本建築は、竣工時から改修時、現在に至るまで、約半世紀にかけて、特注の敷き込みカーペットを製作・施工させていただいた縁ある作品です。

発表展示においては、本建築作品のギャラリースペースと和室に、1st COLLECTION の製品を誂えるとともに、全31色をお手に取ってご体験いただけます。

なお、展示初日の10日には、アートディレクションを手がけた深澤直人氏、デザインを担当した YAECA 服部哲弘氏、服部恭子氏が在廊予定です。

We are pleased to announce the launch exhibition of “YAMAGATA DANTSU STANDARD” and its 1st COLLECTION, “STANDARD COLORS,” to be held from Saturday, October 10 through Sunday, October 18.

The exhibition will take place at ink gallery in Kamakura, Kanagawa. The building was designed in 1974 by architect Junzo Yoshimura, with its adjoining tea room constructed by Nakamura Sotoji Komuten.

YAMAGATA DANTSU also has a longstanding connection with this architecture. For approximately half a century—from its original completion, through its renovation, and to the present day—we have been entrusted with the production and installation of custom-fitted carpets for the building.

For the exhibition, pieces from the 1st COLLECTION will be specially installed in both the gallery space and the Japanese-style room, allowing visitors to experience the collection within the architecture itself. Samples of all 31 colors will also be available to see and touch.

On the opening day, October 10, Naoto Fukasawa, who served as art director for YAMAGATA DANTSU STANDARD, and Tetsuhiro Hattori and Kyoko Hattori of YAECA, who were responsible for the design of the 1st COLLECTION, are scheduled to be present.
